print several mime parts of a message at once.
In any other case, the browser's print button is supposed to be used.
If certain print views are not perfect yet, the print CSS can be
optimized.

If you look into the webmail module imp we have a nice button to print
out a mail.
Now we were asked by our students how to print a calendar entry?
I see there special css but for example in the dynamic view I would
say the result is not that good.
So I vote for a special print button just to print out one calendar
entry in a nice and smart style. I hope you could take this feature
request onto yout list...
