After that I wasn't able to see the summary overview, only a blank
page was shown.
In the horde log, the following error occured:
HORDE: PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required
'/var/www/mail/htdocs/horde/trean/lib/Block/../base.php'

I searched for the according file, but couldn't find it on my filesystem.
I installed horde webmail 5.1.0 by upgrading from webmail 5.0.5 using pear:
pear upgrade -a -B horde/webmail
After disabling Trean in the horde registry, I could login and remove
the block.
