As far as I figured out it's not possible to store the vertical layout as default layout Yes it is. Although you need to set this setting in js/dimpbase.js since it is not a Horde preference (it is stored on the browser). and after I log out and log in again, I'm back at the horizontal layout. Cant reproduce. Browser storage is handled by http://www.jstorage.info/ so if you find an issue you should report it there. And according to the documentation: "If the browser doesn't support data caching, then no exceptions are raised - jStorage can still be used by the script but nothing is actually stored." It would be great to either store what was choosen when I logged out We do and I don't see any problems. (and reuse that one) and/or give a possibility to configure my default. No. It is more than easy enough to do a simple toggle. There is no need for anything more complicated. And you can change the default locally as mentioned above.

As far as I figured out it's not possible to store the vertical layout as default layout and after I log out and log in again, I'm back at the horizontal layout. It would be great to either store what was choosen when I logged out (and reuse that one) and/or give a possibility to configure my default.
