HI,

Please close this ticket. Its a configuration issue in the mysql.

thanks
But for 25 messages with attachment in inbox takes around 2 min to
display. And this is not in the case of Traditional view.

In traditional view i am able to see all 3000 odd emails. ??
That doesn't matter at all. Check your mysql logs.

2013-02-23T19:59:28+05:30 EMERG: HORDE [imp] SQLSTATE[HY000]:
General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away [pid 18450 on line 65
of "/usr/share/pear/Horde/Db/Adapter/Pdo/Base.php"]
So what is happening to your MySQL server?  This doesn't look like a
Horde/IMP issue (if the DB server suddenly stops responding in the
middle of a request, and information is needed from the DB, there's
not much Horde/IMP can do).

Unless you can tie the DB failure to something that Horde/IMP is
specifically doing wrong, this ticket will be closed -- especially
since this is IMP 5, which we are no longer maintaining for bug fixes.

To further debug this issue, we need details of the IMP -> IMAP/POP
communication.
Application uses IMAP connection
To enable debugging, see instructions contained in
imp/config/backends.php (the 'debug' config parameter).

Debugging should not be enabled on a production server,
Attach/post only the portion of the log that directly deals with the
problem reported (it may be simplest to clear the log file and then
perform the event that causes the error).
Attached imp log please check. I dont see any error message in the log file

Hi.

Mails are not getting displayed in inbox.  The overall mails in the
inbox is 3829. It happens only in dynamic view. Analyzed the log files
it says "Error: 2600 mysql server has gone away."

I am able to see mails in the traditional view.

Note: It struck in the ajax call listmailboxes.

Thanks
