look like I am able to track it
if (empty($this->_params['reply_top'])) {
$this->_params['reply_top'] = false;
it should be true instead false, will try and report into mailing list
if required.

this is almost impossible to get right 100% of the time. Exchange
assumes that new content is top posted. There is a pref in the
ActiveSync preferences that attempts to bottom post new content, but
can lead to unusual looking reply text since some clients
automatically append the "On 2/20/2013 Michael Rubinsky wrote:" text
AFTER the user's reply text.

While replying, replied content should be the first to be read by
recipient whereas using Windows Phone 7.5 & Android 2.3 version, it
stores content on the bottom of the email as follows
