When clicking a wrong word in a composed mail the popup-list is as wide as the word itself. No it's not. The suggestion list popup is as wide as the longest suggested word. Which obviously needs to be the case to be able to show all the suggested words in their entirety. If you don't like the popup styling, you can change locally via CSS.

The list of suggested words of the spellchecker is way to small. When clicking a wrong word in a composed mail the popup-list is as wide as the word itself. This looks weird if some of the suggested words are longer than the wrong one.
