You enabled pretty URLs in the configuration without enabling URL rewriting in the web server.

When trying to obtain the subscription URL for my calendar, it shows the wrong URL: https://mail.hkptu.org/rpc/kronolith/fongkinglok@hkptu.org/07HdozL4bUUawIVF2_fNZg8.ics It should be https://mail.hkptu.org/rpc.php/kronolith/fongkinglok@hkptu.org/07HdozL4bUUawIVF2_fNZg8.ics A screen dump is attached.
