I'd like to see the following gmail/github-style keyboard shortcuts in 
IMP (at least standard and dynamic views):

c - compose
j/k - prev/next (this is relatively standard on many sites now and 
should imo be standard across horde)
r - reply
a - reply all
f - forward

And meta-N for new message should probably work - it doesn't currently 
(meta meaning ctrl on a mac, alt on windows)
