What I have done:
- removed account on device - re-synced
- checked for updates
- cleared browser cache
- manually synced tasks after creation of new task on device
- I can see that information flows back and forth between the device
and horde in regard to tasks but there is so much information I would
need to know what I'm looking for.
Hopefully that helps some.

When using NAG through the web interface I can fill out the form, but
then regardless of pressing SAVE or SAVE and NEW it shows an error page:
ERROR 404 - Not Found
https://www.example.com/horde/nag/t/save
log file states the following:
[Fri Nov 23 16:00:16 2012] [error] [client **.169.**.239] File does
not exist: /var/www/horde/nag/t, referer:
https://www.example.com/horde/nag/task.php?actionID=add_task
