when i set in user configuration | Preferences | Global Preferences |

Choose how to display dates (full format): Sun, 18. Nov 2012
For example the date fields in --> Horde Weather <-- on the Portal
screen was displayed as -->
%a, 18 Nov 2012 07:26:13
It's actual, because I have updated to the latest packages...
