The help for Mail :: User Preferences :: Spam Reporting for the
following option

"What should we do with messages after they have been reported as spam?"

mentions THREE options:

1) nothing
2) delete
3) move to spam folder

I def. saw all three options back then when I experimented with horde
4.0 installs, but right now with my fresh 5.0 instalation I only get
TWO options (nothing, delete), but not the move option, although of
course I selected the spam folder in the option above and even hit
save and logged out and back in.

Also the help implies that the user himself can report a mail in their
inbox as SPAM, but I dont see any option in the normal mail window,
just a flag for follow-up and seen under "Mark as".
