Current version does not have the ability to forward the whole message including its attachments. Redirecting the message is not the same thing as one cannot add any text to the redirected messages. This seems to be a UI issue with the current version. With framework_3 version the "forward as attachment" compose window shows all the attachments. This enabled user to drop some of the attachments or add new ones.
