Don't mix translated/untranslated strings (Bug #10890).

And the intentional effect of English sentence:

"User xxx@us.edu.pl is not authorized for Tasks"

in Polish is:

"User xxx@us.edu.pl nie jest autoryzowany dla Tasks."

while it should be:

"U?ytkownik xxx@us.edu.pl nie jest autoryzowany dla Zadania."

There are some strings in /pear/php/Horde/Registry.php which are not 
translated. For instance, in line 1300 and below, these are:

'User is not authorized'
'User is not authorized for '
'%s does not have READ permission for %s'
'User '
'Guest user'
also application name in line 1309.

But there are more strings in this script which can't be translated.
