This was intentional. If renaming sent-mail mailboxes monthly, the thought is that you are archiving these messages. Well .. is possible add option: "Subscribe renamed sent folder?" In H3 imp was renamed sent folder subscibed.

Maybe the correct inquiry is instead how to make it easier to search unsubscribed mailboxes in the UI. E.g., the mailbox list in the advanced search screen should probably include ALL mailboxes, not just subscribed mailboxes. This could get messy. I have hundreds of (unsubscribed) mailboxes. If I have to search unsubscribed mailboxes, I display all via the folder options drop down and then pick the one I want to search.

I like to keep them available for searching, and unsubscribe them manually after some time. But I could live with either way. Still believe that not subscribing to these mailboxes is correct. But also agree that it is useful to search these mailboxes. Maybe the correct inquiry is instead how to make it easier to search unsubscribed mailboxes in the UI. E.g., the mailbox list in the advanced search screen should probably include ALL mailboxes, not just subscribed mailboxes.

If using IMAP subscriptions and sent-mail folders are being renamed each month, the renamed folders are no longer subscribed automatically.
