Well, I am going to add these as an exception since you decide not to fix it.

Automated testing doesn't get you anything if you don't check the
results. The file this is coming from is not used. The same with the
other ticket you reported.

If you look at distrowatch, Mageia gained #13 and we are less than one
year old. I am also maintaining the packages for Mandriva, but I am
not going to upgrade those from Horde 3 until all horde packages in
Mageia are solid.
I am not a seasoned packager but by maintaining a couple hundred rpm's
I am not a beginner either.
I believe you that you don't see these problems in native pear
installations; you are not testing for them.
We run a script (same as Mandriva, I think it was developed by PLD).
We scan the files for such things as require_once /path/file.php and
this reports the missing deps (at least some of them).
The other package I reported was issue #10735 where the problems are
just a couple of typos (ML vs Ml)
I am basically using the command pear make-rpm-spec to create the
basic spec file.

I don't know what Mageia is, but there are no dependency problems if
using the native PEAR packages. So you must be doing something wrong
during packaging. I suggest you ask for help on the developer mailing
list.

The package name doesn't sound as if you are using native PEAR
packages provided by Horde. If this is true, you need to talk to the
packager.
