This ticket should better be targeted at the kronolith queue, version git

I think this feature needs working free/busy because the user should 
be able to choose which type of appointment is "blocking" and which 
type should be ignored. Tags would be another option.

The sponsoring statement is a bit bold because it is not yet decided 
if B1 will offer a payment or provide a developer for this feature and 
in the second case, when.

basically meetings can be scheduled by next possible free calendar 
entry of all invited peers.
in a perfect world groupware sends invitation email with list of all 
shared free dates ordered chronocially.

b1 systems would/will sponsor developer(s) for this improvemnt.
