DIMP is no longer being developed. And there is no plans to implement this. Opening in tabs is browser specific.

I would like to be able to open Mails and Mailfolders in Browsertabs like in non dynamic IMP. Opening Mails in tabs is much clearer for me then opening them in extra windows. It would be nice if this feature is implementet in future releases.
