This works fine in Horde 4 (see, e.g., the linking in this ticket on
bugs.horde.org).  IIRC, the URL parsing/linking code was upgraded at
some point between H3 -> H4.

Apparently some ASP links can use the § character within the link; it
would be best if the link seen in the email message didn't end at this
character--so that the link continued with the entire URL.

For example:
https://www.asecurecart.net/server/cart.aspx/frontiersofhealth?ccid§EE8D38-8AD7-4A55-A267-5905952A18A6&ccip
0.131.73.56&token47A39377577585A4C61644945796A77724F2F5A58413D3D&ccf=1

I am told it worked in gmail (however I can't duplicate it in gmail or yahoo)

Thank you for your consideration
