Remove now unsupported logo configuration (Request #10389).

As the complexity of the horde configuration increases, you should 
remove unused parameters.

Please comment/remove the  <configsection name="logo"> from 
horde/conf/conf.xml as long as these parameters do not have any effect.
It is still possible to configure a logo in the Horde menu 
configuration, although this has no longer any relevance. So it 
should be removed and maybe replaced with a short pointer on how to 
use menu.php for customizing the menu.

And as a sidenote: to me it would be more straightforward to have a 
menu.local.php, where I can add my stuff, as it is done with other 
configuration files.
