The patches to package.xml didn't apply, so I skipped those. All the other patches are applied.

Main Ulaform changes in the patch: * Fixed form block. * Fixed and tested API. * Removed Template action driver. Not sure about the last one, because the action driver is not very old and comes from 2008, but given that it was never implemented I've removed it. If my desicion is not right, feel free to just ignore file 0004 and 0007.
