It would probably be good to first check whether the flag exists in $ob['flags'] on line 417-ish or so in lib/Views/ListMessages.php. That will indicate whether this is a Viewport issue or a Imap_Client issue. Neither. The problem is that $val->match() in IMP_Flags, line 260, doesn't return true because the flag in IMP_Flag_User is original, while $opts['flags'] contains the lowercased version.

I see this too. The flag is not included in the ViewPort response. One of us is going to create an imap log.

When I flag a message with a message flag, logout and login again, I can not see the message flag. Searching via "Show Only -> Message Flag" show me the messages, but I can not see the message flag in front of the subject.
