The folder name shouldn't be localized at all, at least not on the server, i.e. only in the interface. What's the folder's name on the server?

In Turkish language folder creation from Folders menu works perfectly but after sending mail IMP automatically creates "GÃ¶nderilmiÅ" folder which should be "Gönderilmi?".
