maybe you could consider replaceing meta refresh by javascript timers ? http://www.w3schools.com/js/js_timing.asp Not in traditional view. Javascript in traditional view is only used when necessary. Since meta refresh is available, it is used instead. Use dynamic view if this shortcoming affects you.

Can't be done without resorting to javascript - there is no way to reset a meta refresh value.

It's _very_ annoying when list of messages gets refreshed in traditional view right after you selected all messages you wanted, for example, to remove. It would be cool to reset the refresh counter everytime a checkbox is clicked.
