In Kronolith Ajax View:
When a user has Read/write/change permissions (but not delete) on a
calendar and wants to move an appointment out of this calendar, she
gets no warnings.

The event will temporarily disappear from the old calendar's ajax view
but reappear later on reload. Trying to access the event in the new
calendar results in an error saying the event wasn't found.
