"Show an icon to allow stripping of attachments from messages?" I have
this set to NOT show the icon.
Traditional view respects this setting, Dynamic view does not, shows
the trash icon on the attachment to allow stripping.
And it got VERY upset when I actually hit it - see attached screenshot.
