I remember this problem is the same as ~~bug #10118~~ You can refer that!!

Works fine here. Are you using the most up-to-date horde code? I seem to remember this maybe being fixed not to long ago?

The color picker for categories in Horde/User preferences is not working, while it is possible to set color by hand.
