It was the export that was broken, not the import. The double quotes in the notes body haven't been escaped.

Hi! Currently is it possible to import notes only in CSV format, but something with CSV import is wrong - if I have a note having commas inside text body, after import I get awful mess with strange categories created and slit note's body.
