When using traditional IMP, I get "Unexpectedly disconnected from the
mail server." when trying to enter a folder containing non-ASCII
characters - for example "Nytår" ("Maildir/.Nyt\&AOU-r/"). I use UTF-8
everywhere and PHP (5.3.6) is compiled with:

--with-iconv
--enable-mbstring=all
--with-gettext

The folder names are displayed correctly everywhere, including the
left-hand side menu and the folder list. For some reason, a folder
named "München" works (German 'u' umlaut), but folders with æ, ø, å
and é doesn't work.

The problem was introduced in Horde 4/IMP 5.
