this to create sidebar drop targets, and/or a Horde_block that can be
put in the portal or anywhere, that accepts dropped text to quickly
create notes, tasks, bookmarks (for URLs), etc.
I can see having a single target that lets you pick what kind of item
to create (maybe on hover, or a prompt after dropping), or having
multiple targets (drop here to create a bookmark, here to create a
note, etc.).
