Kronolith, Mnemo, Nag, Turba, etc: convert back to integer primary 
keys with pear-DB sequences or whatnot. Also make the primary key for 
mnemo_memos just the newly integer memo_id, and leave the index on 
memo_owner. Look for similar inconsistencies.
