Oddly enough, one of the latest update of CVS HEAD has fixed the problem... anybody could explain this?

When "Preferred language" is set to Default under "Locale and time", there is a bug that prevents one from using Horde once a cookie is created. To reproduce, set your preferred language to default, and repeat logout/login cycle a few time to show the bug. You should see the error: A fatal error has occurred imp is not activated [line 697 of /home/horde/framework/Horde/Horde/Registry.php] I have traced the problem to line 1023 of Horde/Registry.php If this line is commented out, then this works. So something is wrong with the way the registry cache is handled with the language set to Default.
