Outlook does not like /Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml anymore.
I try to configure a email account with Outlook/16.0 
(16.0.10402.20023; x64) and it fails. The outlook error 0x800c8203 
appears.

I tested the horde website with 
https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/tests/O365Eas/input.
The Result is:
   <Autodiscover xmlns=''> was not expected.

Did outlook expect something between the line
    'xml version="1.0"...'
and the line
    'Autodiscover xmlns..'
?
