without making setup and documentation so complex to be unusable
and/or unmaintainable.
i.e. This requires both a specific PHP setup, possibly adjustments on
the http server, and possibly installing additional PECL modules. And
it won't work for things like a FastCGI setup.
At a minimum, any code to handle this would need to be written for
support Horde-wide, not IMP.

If I have a slow internet connection the upload need time, but there
is no progress bar or something else which show you the upload is
working.
The first time I do not notice this and load up the attachments again.
