$apps = array('content', 'ansel', 'horde', 'kronolith', 'nag',
'sesha', 'turba', 'whups', 'wicked');
After install, I setup databases, and create default config from
admin/config for all apps. I create an item in sesha as admin. Then
when I login as some other non-admin user, I get the following error
at the bottom of the list.
