that dragging the scrollbar does *not* constantly fire update events.
But can we at least scroll the message list while dragging the bar as
long as there are still messages in the viewport buffer?
Especially in smaller mailboxes there are often all messages in the
buffer. Being able to glance over them by dragging the scroller would
be a great benefit.
