Inter-Horde synching and local light-weight Horde installs are
completely separate and huge topics on their own. Limit this request
to human-readable consumption of save bookmarks.

Alternately, being able to download a bundle of html/text/pdf for
bookmarks could work too:

If we can allow a local Trean install on a laptop - possibly a full
Horde install, possibly a more lightweight wrapper - to sync with a
central trean installation, then people can take bookmarks, including
full content once that's implemented, offline, without having to write
a platform-specific client.
