Event inline notification, doesn't work properly.
I noticed that horde_alarm entries of events that i create are set
with one hour of diference ( less 1 hour) and horde_alarm select is
looking for events that start's with one hour of difference too.
If i choose email and inline, the email is sent correctly, but no
inline is showed.
If i keep my calendar open, the event notification inline, is showed,
one hour later, i think.
The data in kronolith_event table is correct, that one hour of
difference, is not present.
I use UTC in conf and my timezone is Europe/Lisbon.
