Maybe it was a side effect of the ear?ier bug with the wrong class name.

Can't reproduce this. Started with no vbooks, and the addressbooks prefs containing my default book and one other shared book. In addition, there were a few address books that were not selected for display. I created a new vbook, and it automatically was added to the address books prefs, along with the existing books. Tried adding/removing various books, all worked as expected. Any other info you can provide?

If creating a virtual address book, this is the only book that is stored in the addressbooks preference after that.
