The hierarchical nature of Trean's folders are to be removed, replaced with a tag-based browsing paradigm. There will be a single layer of "buckets" that can be assigned permissions. See ~~Ticket: 6868~~

A recursive and/or inherit option would be nice when editing folderpermissions
