Can't reproduce in Ingo 3 - the new rule correctly appears directly 
below the parent rule.

If you've got more than a few rules (say al least 10 rules) and you 
click on "Copy rule" icon, you get a new rule as expected, but located 
in a wrong position.
The new rule is located at the end of the list and it's given the 
highest rule number, but the previous last rule is moved after the 
rule just duplicated.
