ticket, but seems the zip file corrupted, so I upload again here.
I afraid it is not related to PHP installation on Windows, hope you
can test "artwork.eml" in the attached zip file for the issue.
At the very least, you will need to provide the location in the
code where the output is differing from that on the linux server.

artwork.eml: sample email that contains jpg sent by mac machine
mac_email_in_linux.jpg: horde webmail interface in Linux server
mac_email_in_win.jpg: horde webmail interface in Windows server
mac_email_in_linux.jpg shows that Horde in Linux server can find &
display the attachment, but mac_email_in_win.jpg cannot find or
display it.
tried environments below, both Windows have the problem but Linux does not.
Linux: Apache 2.2.3, PHP 5.1.6, MySQL 5.0.22, Horde Groupware Webmail
