Add the parameters after we pass it through applicationUrl to avoid
duplicate endcoding

ok, looks like there is some double encoding going on somewhere, will 
look into.

I don't see this. This is what I'm doing:

Navigate to a specific image view
Click on "Edit Faces" link in the "People in this Photo" widget
Manually select a face, click Save

... I am returned to the same image view.  What is the full url 
(including parameters) that you are sent to when clicking "Edit Faces"?

when i manually detect a face, give them a name and then press save i 
am returned to the gallerys first page instead to the photo, so i must 
manually navigate back to the photo to detect another face, but then 
the same after pressing save, returned to the first page of the gallery
