1. User A edits his address-book permissions. For the "Object Creator" 
he clicks over all perms (Show Read Edit Delete) and Saves.
2. From now on any new user who logs in for the first time doesn't get 
his shared address-book.
3. However any user can create a new shared address-book.

Estrange behaviour, isn't it?
