Are these still issues?
'INBOX.' and localized name of 'Papierkorb'. In both cases, the icon
is correctly displayed in the folder list, if the trash folder does
not exist it is created correctly, and deleting messages does not
cause any errors.

create the folder "Papierkorb", i.e. the localized version of "Trash"
while it should use the actual "Trash" folder. And I get an error
message from the IMAP server saying "permission denied", probably
because the folder was not being created in my personal namespace.
