Thanks! I changed it so it doesn't list people's email addresses for removing a watcher, but otherwise just cleaned/fixed a few things and committed it.

Attached is a patch that implements this. It stores the watcher email in the tickets_listeners table, I'm not sure if that table has another purpose already or not.

I saw this in mantisbt bug tracking system and missed the same functionality in Whups. In whups you can't track tickets that are not "yours". Someking of input field for the email near every ticket would be cool.
