There is no gui configuration for gnupg in either Turba or Horde.

It's in a configuration file. Why do you consider it hardcoded? because there is a configuration option in the gui, and when i can configure something in gui i don't want to configure this setting in files (also in configuration files) many times again. also it's hard to find out when a problem occurs then i change the setting in gui (perhaps path to gpg changes) and still it is not working.

there shouldn't be a hardcoded path in. in imp it can be configured by admin frontend. and in head where gpg is moved to horde base the pref can be read from there
