When navigating directly to horde/imp (or clicking the 'Mail' menu header in the horde left menu bar), IMP will always open in a new horde frameset. Clicking directly on a mailbox in the left menu bar will correctly open the mailbox view without a new frameset. Tested both with using IMP authentication and with SQL authentication.
