make available to users such as myself. I can confirm that HTML
composition still does not work when using IE8.
minimum is released and, due to the beta-ness of IE 8 over the last
year, the newest version of Horde is probably needed because it ships
with an updated version of the HTML compose code which most likely has
many IE 8 fixes.

that in Mail Composition options I do have the "Compose messages with
an HTML GUI by default (if browser supports the feature)" option

possible as it was in earlier versions. In IE8, message composition
page remains in plain text mode and does not auto-refresh to HTML
settings mode, even with the options set to do so. Reported to my
hosting service who provide Horde webmail, but they say they are
unable to help. Also, new mail composition opo-up notification hasn't
