Is Chrome supported by Xinha and FCKeditor?
Xinha: no.  FCKeditor: yes, but only recent versions.  Not only would
we have to rewrite browser detection to differentiate between
Safari/Chrome/Webkit, but there would probably also be some BC issues.
I'd rather just leave this for Horde 4 (where all this has already
been done).

HTML composition appears to be disabled in Google Chrome. If I pull up
IMP in firefox, HTML composition works fine; if I pull it up in
Chrome, it is not there.
