I got it what's the problem but I don't know how to resolve it (unless
remove it).
I have openSUSE 11 and the problem disappeared when I removed
php5_tidy module. So something should be wrong with this module or
Compose.php did something wrong.

Segmentation fault (11)
In php.ini memory_limit is set to 256M, but the composer want to get
3GB? Do I have something wrong with configuration. I noticed that
happened (and stayed) when I first time opened one message with a
middle sized attachment (pictures) and when horde generated thumbnails
problem appeared.
Please resolve the problem ASAP or you can contact me if you need more
info (even access).
